Regulation 16 – Blacon Neighbourhood Plan publicity stage consultation and Regulation 23 – Blacon Neighbourhood Development Order consultation
The proposed Blacon Community Neighbourhood Plan (BCNP) and Neighbourhood Development Order (NDO) have now been submitted to Cheshire West and Chester Council.
Regulation 16 (BCNP) and Regulation 23 (NDO) Consultation is being organised by Cheshire West and Chester Council and will take place between Thursday 11 December 2025 and 5pm on Friday 30 January 2026.
